First of all, my knowledge of cars is almost non-existent. I can change a tire and change the oil. That's about it. I HATE going to shops because I feel like a lot of mechanics take advantage of me because I'm a woman with no car knowledge. It sad to say, but that does happen. I've had places tell me I need new tires, brakes, rotors, etc., all the time when I know I don't because these are things I've had done recently. That being said, this wasn't one of those places. I actually felt comfortable with the staff. They were friendly and kind. More importantly, they showed compassion and acted like they cared. I was stunned when I was told I needed a new transmission. I didn't dream it would be such a serious problem on a car with 73K miles. Any other place would have said I needed a new transmission and sent me on my merry way to figure it out on my own. They went above and beyond. I know Kylie spent hours trying to figure out the best options for me. Everything worked out better than I could have ever imagined. I'd like to point out that I paid these people nothing. Everything they did for me, they did for free. I'm forever indebted to their kindness, and this is where I'll be taking my car for everything from now on. Thank you, Kyli, Shaun, and Jeff. I'd give you a million stars if I could.
