Carmichaels Service Center

I have been to this garage three times now. They get me in for oil changes in a timely manner. While it’s being serviced I walked around two nearby businesses. Kylie is so great passing her car knowledge on to me. She even tried getting a stuck light bulb out of the headlight compartment for me. Thank you!

Had noise in front drivers side wheel. Was told that l needed brakes and rotors. They didn't know that l pulled the wheels the day before to try to find it myself, so l told them no. After l brought it home and pulled the front wheels again to see if l overlooked something l called Jeff and ask what he was looking at. He couldn't answer me but said to bring it back in and added " l must be loosing it." I paid $74 to have a warning light cleared and only 1/2 of the original job done. Felt like l was going to get gouged for nothing. Lost my business.

Very professional, trustworthy people. They made a very stressful situation that we had with another mechanic so simple and stress free. Will go here everytime something needs done. Highly recommend!

Carmichaels service center is a great place to go to have your car serviced. I take my cars there whenever I need work done.

Great customer service from Kylie at the front desk. She's friendly and was very knowledgeable regarding my car issues. I especially appreciated the courtesy check of my car as well. Very thorough and great job!

So far I've been here twice. Great service, and above all else they seem trustworthy. The lady at the counter was incredibly nice, and very informative. Definitely am going to make this place my regular mechanic!
